Jimmy's best friend and crush named Rachel. Rachel is the captian of the karate team and she has the fist to prove it. Jimmy promised to take her to a park one day, but trouble always manages to find Jimmy. After using his keen eye and magical memory, he manages to catch the murderer within minutes.

After adding another solved puzzle to Jimmy's file, he sticks his nose where it don't belongs, following a black caped stranger. After witnessing a crime scene, he gets knocked in the back and falls half dead. Unfortunately, that's not what the criminals want, being unable to leave being any bullets, they slip him some poison......

Jimmy wakes up around police surrounding him, panicking as if he were a little boy. After the police weirded him out, he decides to make a run for it behind their backs. After being tired out after a few blocks, he stops for a deep breath that becomes even deeper when he sees a reflection of a little boy through a glass door.

He runs to his home where he sees the Doc. It seems the Doc has a harder time believing it's Jimmy, than Jimmy himself. But after using his keen eye, he proves to the Doc that within the small body lies the brain of the big brained Jimmy.

After Rachel ran through Jimmy's house worried for him, the Doc. introduced her to his nephew. Jimmy quickly thought up the name Conan Edgowa, using his father's glasses as a disguise. The Doc. asked Rachel to adopt him, seeing how he couldn't take care of the child.

She accepts but think her dad should know before she does. On the walk home, rachel quickly falls for Conan as a broher, telling him everything, including her love for Jimmy. Before she could run the news to her father, he runs through the door and to his new case, where Conan quickly follows. Rachel right behind him.

Conan was being ignored throughout the entire case, but luckily Richard handled the beginning, now the ending of the case and Michelle's life is in Conan's hands as he uses all the clues he has and figured out the puzzle within just in the nick of time. After Rachel rescued Conan and Richard took all the claim, Conan moved away to his new home... wonder how long he'll be in his body.

Richard, Rachel, and Conan catch a cross country train for a little break from the rigors of big city detective work. Also on the train…two mysterious men in black! Their appearances matching Conan's hazy recollection of the night of his big shrink, but when he learns the men are carrying enough firepower to blow the train apart, Conan springs into action hoping to save the train in the nick of time. But time is running out!

Valentine's Day is that time you share with your sweetheart. But, it doesn't seem to be that way this year, when Conan and Rachel attend a Valentine's Party, where the girls give the guys chocolate to show that they like them. The 'host' of the party suddenly becomes mysteriously poisoned. Conan notices that the victim's mother had passed out tea, and everyone except the victim had eaten some of her cake as well. Her youngest son had sipped some of Rachel's tea, and even after the mother had told him not to have any sweets, she gives him a bite of cake. That's because the coffee had been poisoned, but the cake was an antidote, as Conan ingeniously figured out. Knowing it was the mother, he disguised his voice as Rachel's father (who had appeared on the crime scene and gotten stunned by Conan's little Stun Watch Gun thingy), so he would get all the credit, and no one would suspect Conan for who he really was. In the end, the boy that had been tailing Rachel got dumped straight by her, and she shared her Valentine's chocolate with Conan instead.

A doctor calls Rachel's father to ask for his help. Rachel's father agrees, and the man says that he has been receiving gifts and money for two years, and he just got a note saying that the sender is coming for what he wants. While Conan gets to work privately figuring it out, Rachel begins to suspect his intelligence and its uncanny resemblance to Jimmy's. Conan figures out that the sender lost his son in a medical operation, and wants to have his revenge by killing the doctor's son when he turns 5, the same age as his own son was when he died. After saving the little boy, Rachel's father is out when Conan reaches home, and she confronts him, calling him Jimmy. Conan's true indentity seems blown out the window when the phone rings, and Rachel picks it up. It's Jimmy's voice! She feels embarrassed by the whole thing, and Conan barely escapes revealance. It turns out he gave his voice copier to the professor who gave it to him and told him to call the apartment and tell Rachel it was Jimmy. Yet another mystery solved and corner escaped by Conan!

There's been a murder at the local art museum, and Conan is on the scene. The new owner of the museum, who had plans to turn the historical building into a casino, was killed by what appears to be someone wearing medieval body armor from the 15th century. The murder is inspired by a painting found in the museum, but can Conan paint a better picture and bring the killer to justice?
